Terry Morse and Mike Fields created Superior Fabrication, Inc. on July 14, 1997, in the heart of the Anadarko basin oil and gas field. Terry and Mike saw a need in the industry for a quality manufacturer of various products and services. Terry and Mike worked right along side the other nine employees who began the company in 1997. The company's name, Superior, reflects the quality demanded in our people, products, and services. Customers seek us out to provide top quality, high technology products and services because of our commitment to excellence in every product we deliver. Today those nine employees have grown to over 200.

We have plant operations in Elk City, Oklahoma; Ada, Oklahoma; and Canadian, Texas with our corporate office in Elk City, Oklahoma. We have field services in McAlester, Oklahoma; Ft-Lupton, Colorado; and Decatur, Texas. Our goal is to be a quality, customer-oriented fabrication facility for all of your ASME code, as well as non-code, pressure vessel construction. Code repairs and alterations are also part of our business and are done in the same efficient manner.

Superior holds ASME U, S and UM stamps for fabricating and a national board R stamp for repairing and altering pressure vessels. We hold an Oklahoma license for welding services, repairing and installing vessels. National board registration as well as Canadian registration is available to those customers requiring them. Superior can also design and fabricate to other codes and standards such as API and ANSI. Our facilities cover approximately 130,000 sq ft of fabrication capacity. In-house and contracted services include ASME code welding, x-ray mag particle, ultrasonic, hydrostatic testing, sandblasting, painting, and special coating insulating.
